They take bonuses away Refuse to stick to your job description Set you up to be a fall guy to protect their HR and SR management shortcomings and illegal activities

Pros

I started working with Sunbelt in 2014 as a service technician and made my way up to Key Accounts. In my time working with the company I worked with amazing individuals and had great managers. The benefits are amazing and the company is willing to do just about anything for you. You truly do feel like you belong working with them

Long hours, possible on call, slow to move up
