Loved working at Sunbelt. It's an aggressive company in the sector that prioritizes great customer service. It is a larger company, so my experience with my boss may not be comparable to others. I worked under the EVP of Sales who exemplified a positive, friendly, and jovial culture and that appeared to trickle down to teams beyond my own. Working for the leader of the eComm team was wonderful. I learned a lot about inspiring yet/and positive leadership from him and would absolutely consider working there again.
