Company provides you with everything you will need to perform job. Good benefits, safety bonus, you do not have to work a lot of weekends. All day shift work

Cons

Communication with dispatch can be stressful. Can only work 60hrs a week.

Pros

Lots of support and training opportunities. Various ways to get leads. Working for a well known company that your customers will already know. I’ve seen well deserved people advance in the company. Company provided truck.

Cons

Trying to work collaboratively with other sales reps can be hard, depending on your territory. Some reps have a “every man for himself” attitude. Lots of turnover with sales reps going to competitors. Equipment can be hard to learn.
