Company truck is a nice perk even though they big brother you.

Cons

Leadership is abysmal. There is no proactiveness and they re-org every year. They will gas-light you into thinking you are respected then find ways to screw you at any chance.

Pros

The company is customer focused and gives all the necessary tools for a sales rep to be successful. Benefits are great, company truck is very nice, and the management chain (at least for me) is very supportive.

Cons

Although the company gives you the necessary tools to succeed, they're constantly introducing "innovative" ideas that really just over complicate things rather than improve.

Depends on your manager, bad workers don’t get fired, no company card, pay could be better, no upward movement if you want to improve yourself
