Big Team. At moments, management really rallies together to make sure your ok, Mentally and financially. The 4 on / 3 off day schedule really makes a difference in your home &work life morale. Over the time I've been there the programs and computer training were surprisingly good, and made a point of being inclusive to everyone. All races and genders.
Cons
Trucks are shared on your off days, and room for raises are tight. Come in at a good rate, if not... you'll regret it. Everything is green.
