There are a lot of pride and hardworking people in the field. They do what they can to provide good service and treat people well. It was a fun and great team dynamic. CEO is a good guy and tries to be very transparent.

Cons

Be ready to grind, it is incredibly fast paced. The corporate team and the field employees are incredibly disconnected. Corporate dictates but most don't understand what the branches do. They grew really fast and are slashing jobs like crazy despite "growth".

Decent Benefits, my coworkers are good people - free sodas

Cons

Currently - at support office - the only people being brought in to work in my area are from India on work visas. Big Project 3 years late $300M over budget and still not cancelled. Another Project for Logistics and Freight - costs over $300M in under 10 Months. But we layoff people so Brendan Horgan can get a $7M raise - and they'll do it again next year.

-Newer fleet of Trucks and Rental equipment -company supplied uniforms and boots. -Great benefits, especially at Union Shops.

Cons

- Very poor training for new hires. - you are looked at and treated like a tool and not a human being. - there are to many incentives for managers and dispatchers to push the drivers and mechanics to work harder and burn themselves out. -aside from power point presentations and safety videos safety isn't a priority and production always comes first even if it means risking your own safety.
