Pros
Great schedule, excellent benefits, decent pay, for the most part good co workers, depending on where you work decent training, excellent to gain knowledge and skills to move on to better paying companies.
Cons
Depending on who you work for it can suck, to much middle management, often hire outside of the company for management, preach one thing and do another, don't really take employee concerns serious, lots of nepotism, favoritism, its definitely about who you know, middle management can be clueless and always on the side of management.
