The company is great! Good benefits, established costumes. Excellent opportunities for growth.

Cons

Upper management refuses to take responsibility. People are in positions they have no business being in. Store management is the WORST! Leadership here is nonexistent.

Cons

One of the fastest ways to demoralize good employees is to tolerate bad employees. Thankfully It’s rare. Not a lot of opportunity for advancement unless your willing to move.
