      Great Company but Micromanage

      Pros

      Great employees to work with, strong safety culture, training tools to help you succeed, opportunity for growth throughout the company.

      Cons

      Micromanage too much. They need to get the right people in place for specific roles and have trust in them rather than hovering over constantly to make sure employee are doing the right thing. Very upper manage heavy with not enough supporting roles on the ground like drivers and techs. Divisions need to learn how to work together. Constant commission change structure. Stressful work environment but if you can handle pressure, fast pace life style, and have patience this won’t be a problem.

      Understaffed & over worked

      Pros

      They are very safety minded and their whole annual review focuses on the "Sunbelt 6" which includes safety.

      Cons

      Everything is geared towards the sales teams not office workers. Including training and reviews. They do not do what they tell you they will when you are hired. Work life balance is a joke.
