      Safety Culture is Awesomely Great!

      Cons

      They bring in temp workers and they can have the best work ethic,get placed in leadership roles even as a temp,work there for years,but if you have certain crimes in your background they will not hire you on!Your work ethic and personality should more than speak for you if you've proven your worth!

      In my position I have the opportunity to travel regularly to locations in nine districts spanning eleven states. I can honestly say that everywhere I go, while different, there is a sense of family and camaraderie that I have not experienced in similar roles working for other employers. The individual locations, districts, regions and the organization as a whole, consistently strive to do the right thing for the employees.

      The nature of the business can contribute to some emotionally-charged situations as it is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
