Terrible Culture and Management
Pros
Money was decent, but they pay you for "40" hours while you actually work 60+.
Cons
Management is entirely incompetent... everybody in management is just somebody who's been at the company (CRS) for twenty years and has no idea how to manage a team or show any sort of leadership skills. Employees are miserable, they can't keep staff for any longer than a couple months, give no positive feedback, and are socially stunted. Stay away from Sunbelt at all costs - no matter the job you're applying to, the description is entirely misrepresented and you're being lied to. Find something else, because this company isn't going to last much longer - knowing their customers firsthand, they're leaving Sunbelt as fast as they can for the competitor companies that actually know what they're doing. This company is a trainwreck.
