      Company have been a leading company in the industry. Very successful. Strong focus on safety and people in the field. Opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects.

      Cons

      Very hard to move up in the support office. No defined career path. Poor management and time management skills. Focused on growth but not the people who support it. Very reactive mindset.

      I have worked with this company for 15 years and have been treated well. Not a bad company if you want to stay in the same position, advancement and internal recruiters are a joke. If you try to move up in the company and are a seasoned employee expect to be treated as a outside candidate.
