Friendly people on lower levels in own environment.
Cons
Separate divisions caused divide within the group even after a brand change. Upper management pass the book all the time have hire controllers doing tenders because reps and development managers don’t want to do it. Poor pay for the job rolls. Constantly moving goal posts. If you don’t go above and beyond 24/7 your looked past.
