      Pros

      Steady, 40+ hour work week. M thru Friday days (1st shift) with weekends and holidays off. Good environment for self-paced, hard working and motivated people. Benefits are OK in comparison of similar companies.

      Cons

      Daily operations are to reactionary. Too many shifting gears disrupting daily plans to accommodate rental obligations for revenue. Post daily/weekly reviews of business operations need to be done with staff to validate best use of resources (manpower, time, money). Advancement opportunities appear to be few.

      Lots of politics, Very very slow to promote. Some weekends on call 24/7

      Great company, but lacks training at all levels of the business.

      Pros

      Great people, good benefits, pretty good money (changes yearly). Have a lot of locations to pull equipment from which makes it easier as a sales rep.

      Cons

      Constant turnover, no training, no room for growth at most positions, too much middle management. Unless you have a territory with constant construction you will struggle.
