Pros
Company as a whole is positive and fun. I hear from employees in other districts that they have excellent middle management that actually cares about each employee and wants everyone to move up and succeed.
Cons
Middle management in this area has no trust in the employees. They want to micro manage each employee and their methods. There is absolutely no room for advancement as they just hire in from competitors, and therefore, turnover is super high.
