      Management staff are inexperienced and uneducated, hire and fire without thinking and then blame HR for the mess.

      Good people to work with. Decent benefits. Steady paycheck. They invest in employee education thru training programs. Good PTO

      Cons

      Bad management decisions. They think because they have a degree they can automatically tell you how to do your job. A lot of favoritism, if your a person who works hard, get ready to get over worked while the lazy ones get to relax. Only the management favorites get to move up. Instead of promoting, they hire from outside or transfer from other stores.... Favoritism.

      Overtime, company trucks, experience gained, training gained.

      Cons

      Horrible favoritism amongst management, I see people in management saying this is a great company, well that's because there not at the bottom. Way underpaid, very unstable and not kept in the loop at all. No chance of promoting within unless you're a favorite.
