Pros
well ive been with the company little over 3 years. Have to say working on all different types of equipment keeps you on your toe's. benefits of this company have helped me and my family. I think ive made one or two friends since ive been here.. I like the safety cook outs. guess that's it for know..to be continued..
Cons
When I first started here. I under bid myself on my hourly rate. I think this time and age your hourly salary for a mechanic on average should be between 17.00 to 21.00 hr. profit share whats that.myself alone. 3 to 4 times in 3 1/2 years. I think the mechanics that are trying to make it happen for sunbelt should be rewarded.. because if there's no mechanics there's no sunbelt. or any rental company...
