      Pros

      Generally a friendly environment but changes from branch to branch. More good than bad though. Good pay, company from a corporate standpoint seems to really care about their employees. During Covid, no one was laid off. In general, poor employees are not tolerated and are let go and good employees are promoted and looked after.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be a challenge, as a sales rep you're on-call 24/7. Depending on your manager and where you work you can have a lot of freedom or be micro managed.
