      Pros

      It was a pleasure to know that everyday was a learning experience. They constantly send you to seminars on many different products.

      Cons

      Cant think of much other than the obvious. There's no work out there and even less construction. And well face it, thats what this company is based on. The Construction Industry !

      Pros

      Flexible work environment with lots of freedom, meet lots of great people, each day is different from the last.

      Cons

      District management is very controlling and demeaning at times. We were often threatened with being fired and often told that WE (as a sales force) were "responsible for feeding the families" of the support staff.

      Pros

      If you become a salesman, they will spiff out your truck and you have the freedom to run your day as you see fit... otherwise, this place is a joke. No real incentive to do a good job in any capacity other than commissioned sales.

      Cons

      No respect from management, no upward mobility, the company continues to freeze spending at the cost of losing quality people.
