      Pros

      Sunbelt is quickly becoming the top dog when it comes to equipment rental services. With over 1,000 locations across North America, there is plenty of opportunity for growth if you go after it and make upper management aware of your career goals.

      Cons

      This industry often creates high stress work environments. The pay could be a little better.

      Great group of guys and managers, god awful work conditions.

      Pros

      Management is wonderful and safety is taken seriously. Pay is pretty good for a non-education job Job security- stuff breaks all the time.

      Cons

      Dirty, hot, nasty, and hazardous sometimes. Some head foreman’s push way too hard and ignore break time rules for 120 degree buildings next to boilers causing heat stroke. Called in at all hours of the night. Only 4 days a month off but not really because if they call word quietly spread that even if it’s not your on call weekend they will fire you for not coming.
