Pros

Good pay and benefits especially during pandemic never found myself hurting or laid off.

Cons

Horrible management from top down. Did not want to spend money to either buy new equipment or for repairs. Dispatch was absolutely terrible. My dispatcher did not have any experience in the field and would have use chasing our tails all day.

Pros

They strive for work/life balance. They promote and hire from within the company so there is room for growth. They care about the safety of their employees. They make responsible business decisions to set the company up for less layoffs during economical uncertainty (COVID for example). Majority of the employees are very friendly and truly want to help "make it happen."

Cons

There seems to be a disconnect between the different teams and locations. Pay isn't always competitive. There is a lot of work with more staff needed to support the work. (This isn't always a bad thing... growing pains are normal)
