Job and knock most days, pretty flexible when you need time off

Because they let you have job and knock this gives senior staff a god complex and they think they have some sort of power over you regional management is even worse this fool is clueless have no idea how he got his job and more remarkable is that he’s kept it. I get that you can’t please everyone but you should lead by example this guy looks down his nose at people because he is in a higher role. Typical first time in charge sort of guy and thinks that is how you manage people.
