People are very kind at Sunbit, and the founders ensure that the company's values drive the business. It's very dynamic, as the company is always ready to shift key projects in order to align with the needs of the times.

Cons

The company is a 'teenage startup' - so that comes with it's own challenges (break-neck speed, and then stop to wait for approvals etc). The mains teams have a 10-hour time difference so it can be difficult for work-life balance and collaboration.
