      Pros

      a lot of talk about growth and doing good, junior level people are nice and caring

      Cons

      not a lot of follow through from leadership -- pay below market, benefits are ok but 401k is joke. very insular culture and team. feels like they look for a certain type of background where they worked together before or are in the same community

      Pros

      Growing company, great coworkers, office is in a nice area, unlimited PTO if salaried. Established but still has start up vibes - exciting without the worry of the company going downhill.

      Cons

      Very office forward (which I don't mind but if you're looking for more WFH this is probably not the place for you). Raises need to be asked for most of the time
