      Pros

      I've had the opportunity to work on things that actually matter -- from events and campaigns to creative projects and I've had real ownership over my work from pretty early on. The people here are hardworking, collaborative, and genuinely fun to be around. Leadership pushes you to grow and think bigger, which I've really appreciated.

      Cons

      You wear a lot of hats and the pace is fast. The team works hard. Just something to know going in, but honestly it's part of what makes it rewarding too.

      Pros

      They were very prompt in getting back to me during the interview process. Always got back to me when they said they would. They were very thorough with the interviews, which is a big plus for me as it shows they are focused on hiring the right people. The onboarding is great. They put a lot of resources into training and setting you up for success. Highly recommend working at Sunbit.
