      Pros

      There’s never a dull moment 🚀 the work load can be pretty intense but management is involved and they are always present to assist when needed . Lots of opportunities for growth if you work well. There a lot of good people within the company.

      Cons

      Biggest challenge is the lack of flexibility. Positions within Las Vegas are predominantly office bound which kinda sucks when you’re trying to work and family. The good thing though is the office is centrally located and parking is plenty. There’s no sick leave that’s offered only pto.
