Pros

Wow! This place is quite special. Biggest pros are the people, location, easier call type and customers. Views from 4th floor to Strip. Small Avanti market in break area. Trainers are helpful. Overall, great place.

Cons

Some may prefer a work at home environment. However, this is a financial company and being in office is what is needed to protect the customer information as well as grow the business.

The core mission of the company is to help people make the most out of their hard-earned money by eliminating financial waste and passing savings back to consumers. In the past 2.5 years, I've seen every decision and resource holding true to the mission—even when it's hard to do. I love that we are a mission-driven company, and we help the average person get the things they need to live life with less stress. We all believe in what we do, which creates a culture unlike any I've ever experienced.

Cons

Nothing except for the typical pains of growing extremely fast. They're good pains though. Like being sore after a great workout.
