Pros

The company will feed you once a month

Cons

They will make promises that they cannot fulfill.. There is a lack of structure and leadership. Leadership (CSO) does not care about the wellness of employees and will do whatever it takes to do the complete opposite of whats working

Pros

One of the things I remember being told in my interview is that management believes in hiring good people, because it's the only thing you can't teach. As such, no matter what team I've been part of, I'm always surrounded by hard-working, genuine individuals who are driven by the same two goals: 1) to eliminate financial waste and 2) ensure our partners/customers get the most out of their hard-earned money. Sunbit is a fast-paced, flexible work environment (they'll make sure you're in a place where you are happy with your role and can maximize your potential) and they really care for their employees. If that's not enough, the app truly makes a difference in so many people's lives on a daily basis, which makes me very proud of the product and service we're providing.

Cons

The dev team sits in Israel whereas our market is in the United States, which means you have to be ready for some earlier/later-than-normal meetings due to the time difference. Nothing too extreme, but if you're on certain teams, it's something to note on a weekly basis.
