Pros

Super friendly office! I feel like everyone is here to help me out and support me. Strong company culture where people hang out together outside of the office. Casual dress which is nice. Busy work environment where there is always a lot going on, but in a good way. Management makes you feel like they really care about who they hire and want you to succeed.

Cons

The company is growing pretty quickly, so sometimes it feels like things are a bit rushed but growth is a good thing.
