Management makes us miserable

Pros

I love my students and parents. I over the relationships I’ve made with them.

Cons

The only people who get to control their classrooms without judgement or opinion from others are those who will be snitches to management. They only do things by state regulations when it’s time for an inspection. They don’t train. They don’t care about their students. They only care about packing the building with children for the money. I believe the student to teacher ratios are too high.
