Pros

Employee owned company and family culture. All of my managers through 8 years have been committed to helping me develop and advance, and I have always been given as much opportunity/responsibility as I wanted and more.

Cons

Some issues with group-think in regards to our approach to risk.

Pros

Great company and people work at Sundt. I consider everyone like a large family working here at Sundt. Just really good driven people who go out of their way to do the best job possible. I started when the stock price was $14.72 per share back in 1997. It hit a high a few years ago of $168.00 per share. I've been here now almost 20 years and I have a nice parachute to land with. This is the best company I ever worked for and it being an ESOP is just another great advantage of working here. Highly recommended if you are talented and can bring a good amount of enthusiasm to work everyday.
