      Pros

      Company's upward trajectory, dedicated employee owners, experienced and helpfull peers. Renewed focus on training and development from entry level positions to tenured managers.

      Cons

      Insufficient investment in software/tools upgrades to keep pace with the changing market. The Leadership team is effective and accountable but the Who, what, where, how is totally unclear with regard to the Board of Directors.
