Pros
Very competitive salary, great 401k match out the gate, very good medical, dental, vision package (out the gate for full time and interns), and desire to retain employees of merit through thick and thin.
Cons
Somewhat disjointed in it's communication from corporate to the local level or field level. Occasionally let people go as projects come to a close, especially if nothing is on the horizon. Make sure you have proved your worth or you'll get cut.
