Speaking only for IT (no experience in other departments), nothing significant - any cons I mentioned would only sound like I was spoiled (I have worked for many, many companies and I have never worked for a better company).

The on-boarding process is extensive, they don’t seem to have a pre-con department which means someone who is busy trying to run their own project has to work longer hours to help out with pre-con or pursuit of new work.
