Pros
Sundt has one of the best cultures I've had the privilege of being part of. The people are fantastic to work with, there's A LOT of opportunities for you to progress through your career and step into new roles, they hold themselves to a very high standard when it comes to safety, customer satisfaction, and many other values, and they like to have fun and be part of the community. The Flexible Time Off is a HUGE benefit - if you're a hard worker and put in the time, you'll be greatly satisfied here.
Cons
There's not much interdivisional communication, or not necessarily all the time. Sundt has multiple different groups within it (Building, Industrial, etc.), but I think these groups could find ways to work with each other to become an even better builder and company.
