      Pros

      Every employee (including craft workers) is a co-owner of the business through the employee stock ownership plan (ESOP). There is a real sense of shared purpose and being part of something that is more than just a "construction company."

      Cons

      Lots of work to do right now. Everyone is stretched a bit thin, but there are lots (and I mean LOTS) of opportunities for someone willing to work hard and learn new things.
