      Pros

      I finally found a company I want to retire in. The people, pay, benefits, ESOP, and culture is amazing. Everyone is skilled, helpful, and goes above and beyond to serve their clients and co-employee owners. The Sundt Foundation has done a tremendous job of helping the communities we are in. Kudos to the leadership team for encouraging a healthy workplace environment.

      Cons

      Nothing that I could think of. Mike Hoover is retiring but hopefully Cade Rowley does an excellent job of leading the company to continued success.

      Sundt has a fantastic company culture with best-in-class employees! As an employee-owned company, you have a direct stake in its success through a great Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The company is growing rapidly, offering many opportunities for career advancement. I truly see myself being here for the long haul!

      Pros

      Sundt is a great company to work for. Everyone is working towards the same goal, and they work well together. The ESOP and benefits are excellent, along with the pay. Sundt encourages you to advance in your career and gives you the opportunity to do so. Sundt understands the work/life balance and tries their best to accommodate that. I wish I would have started at an earlier age. I would probably be retired by now! Sundt also makes sure that we have employee festivities outside of work as well. I actually look forward to going to work everyday and miss everyone when I'm gone. I can't say enough good things about Sundt. If you want to know more, come work for us! :)

      I really can't think of any. There may be a few small ones, but the Pros outweigh the cons, and I tend to focus on the positive.
