The company being 100% Emoplyee Owned and getting the participate and benefit from the company doing well pushes employees to work harder to make the Sundt profitable. The exposure and diversity or work and opportunity within the industry and the wide variety of markets and locations make the company great to work for. Sundt has a family feel with great people occuping positions from bottom to top. Sundt's upper management is friendly, curtious and willing to take time to discuss concerns, wishes and actually take into account the future of their employee's.
Cons
Not so much a negative as much as a statement about the industry as a whole; the company is full of very driven people and we work lots of hours to ensure our projects and Sundt construction are profitable.
