      Love working for a cooperative!

      Pros

      It's a grower co-op that does everything for its citrus farmers in California and Arizona, while feeding consumers all over the world.

      Cons

      The industry is unpredictable given that it's agriculture, but that also keeps you on your toes.

      A few coworkers, that's about it.

      Cons

      The controller is always verbally abusive to lower level staff and it's allowed. Lots of favoritism. There is no cafeteria for employees, just a small lunchroom with free coffee and packaged food for sale in coolers.
