Pros

Nothing , the worst place to work because the upper management want always to get you crazy with different ways.

Cons

The upper management wants always to drop responsibilities of the bad production to new spv and they kick you away with the first opportunity... The last place you want to work. Nobody from the near city xanthi work there because everybody knows the toxic atmosphere.

Pros

Salary offer above market average

Cons

Rude people No induction Toxic culture that works only for a small group of people No support offered, only a sense that at any time you may get fired. People are afraid of the CEO mainly because middle management lacks of key skills and experience. People welcome you, confining to you that they are looking for an opportunity to leabe the soonest possible, because of the conditions. That leaves no room for collaboration in the long run.

Pros

would be one if the lithium plant was a reality.

Cons

long hours, Bull CEO, micromanagement, no WFH, non compliant practices, dodgy dealings. They make all office personnel work on Easter Holy Friday and Holy spirit day (Both official office holidays in Greece but Management registers white collars same working status as plant workers), They treat all people-regardless if they work very long hours with unpaid overtime- with so much financial scrutiny where if you call sick one day (and even if you join calls online) they will follow the blue collar rule of deducting 50% of your salary. No serious company with over 100mill revenue does that to junior or senior executives anywhere in the western world.
