Some Benefits. Medical coverage. Relatively nice office space.

Cons

Lower than market average salary. Against work from home. Having to accept responsibilities way beyond your job description. Offices on a very remote/inaccessible location with zero parking. Procurement and HR hardly doing any work and thus impacting negatively on productivity.
