      Pros

      Good company to start a career and to learn new things. You will learn almost everything from batteries to administration tasks. There are some great engineers there. Find them and listen to them

      Cons

      Too many! The middle level managers are the main problem in this company. Most of them have lower qualifications than an average engineer. Some of them are completely incapable. And all of them unaccountable for their actions. There is a blaming culture in this company. This causes a huge problem on the product. Huge delays! Managers throwing the problems under the carpet to avoid the consequences. And of you mention the problem, then they throw you under the carpet. Also, an average engineer has a huge workload of diverse jobs.
