      Pros

      -Most people are either young or very openminded -Most managers, supervisors etc really seek their people best interest - Salaries are quite good considering the market's current situation and employee's skillset - Constant training opportunities

      Cons

      -Obvious lack of organisation and little clarity to department's structure -Not the best equipment and tools (e.g. computers) -Most supervisors lack HR skills and managers don't care much about the team's coherence or spirit unless it will affect the job direclty

      Pros

      You will feel that you work with a big company. The feeling will leave you a few weeks after.

      Cons

      Management is a joke. CEO is a career climber with no training and no CEO mentality. Operations management is non-existent. It is all smoke and mirrors. If you are a scientist abroad, for God's sake STAY AWAY! This is not the company you may be led to believe it is.
