      Laughable salaries for such a big company, which is, according to the CEO, number 2 in the world in the Lead - Acid battery department. No benefits to speak of. No career advancement opportunities, as they will always prefer an outsider instead of promoting one of their own. Toxic work environment, created by a few people who act like they own the place. Lower to mid level management either unable or unwilling to adress issues about the quality of life of their subordinates. Talking to the HR about such issues is like talking to a wall.
