The location is nice.. Other than that I can't really think of anything else.

Cons

No performance review process or overview of position goals, but there is a performance review? No training or general direction from managers even if it's your first job.

They are caring and understanding when it comes to emergencies and time off as long as you are getting your work done. They are all about making sure everyone is trained and has the support necessary to get your job completed.

Cons

If you work hard sometimes you get overloaded with work unless you speak up and say something.
