Business Outlook
Pros
-early morning hours -great benefits/401k match -company car -holidays and weekends off -incredible management (in the audit department at least) -tons of overtime available with no issue paying it -tons of promotion opportunity. The sky is the limit for those who work hard.
Cons
-having to deal with district managers when they aren't happy. -some departments appear to be a 'gentleman's club.' -annual raises are laughable/do not match cost of living increase. -senior auditors tend to be impatient and disrespectful the newer people. -the department is being outsourced and we are all getting laid off.
