The company does very well to bring you up to speed and mentor you on their various programs/systems. My experience at the company has been overall very positive. There is a great deal of comradery and teamwork at place and there is a general sense that if you continue to work hard for the company, you will continue to climb the ladder to a certain extent.

Cons

Not many openings to grow within the company quickly.

Cons

Used to be a great company with strong values. After it’s sale to Energy Transfer, it became tense and impersonal. When it was time, I was more than ready to go.
