Pros
The physical work environment is good. The location is very conveniently located in the same building of the main train stop for center city so you can take the train in and then are able to get to work without ever going outside.
Cons
Managers sometimes play favorites. There isn't that much overall opportunity for advancement because departments are small and aren't that many people that leave they just stay for the long haul and are stuck in their ways of doing things. This means not a lot of opportunity for advancement. There is no formal business related training so little opportunity for individual growth and not much opportunity for outside training (meaning going to or bringing in experts).

Excellent work life balance, nice work environment, great co-workers.
Cons
Lots of changes in the corporate structure, uncertainty regarding job stability and location. Corporate Headquarters is re-locating to Dallas, TX. Many will need to re-locate or get a severance package in the very near future.
