      Fantastic place to work with strong teamwork

      Pros

      This company has won many Workplace Excellence Awards. The company culture is geared towards technical and professional staff, Administrative (non-technical) employees are not considered as professional staff and are basically ignored making life/work balance difficult. Benefits are good and compensation is above average if you are in a technical or professional position. Plenty of job advancement for technical and professional - non-technical is underpaid for the duties required and title/salary are tied to your direct reporting manager. Company is top heavy in management and executive staff. Job Culture between employees is fair.

      Pros

      Initial pay is good Flexible timing Can play tt and carom during office timing You don't need to learn new technology No need to work hard for hikes

      Cons

      Just reads the pros and you will find no need to read cons . Legacy technology , lethargic managerial level, no middle level and no rewards for hard work . If senior folks leave the company they will hire a fresher and expect him to perform like the former one . The way to encourage people is bias , and hard work always gone unrewarded.
