      Pay was good for area. Benefits were fabulous. Availability for overtime was good. Available leave for holidays and personal time..

      Cons

      Supervision has changed drastically over past ten years and hard to feel like you are being treated honestly and fairly in a consistent manner. Plant runs seven days per week.

      Great small town business. Good with the people since management went to school together and raised together. Everybody knows Everybody

      Cons

      no chance for advancement. Family of management will always be given the good paying jobs. No business competition
